Swimming with your baby is a beautiful way to bond and support their early development. Gentle movements in the water help improve motor skills, coordination and confidence, all whilst having fun together. Here are listings for swimming lessons, pools and top tips for when and how to start swimming.

Baby Squids teach swimming lessons for 0 - 4 years. We start with parent and baby swimming lessons, and focus on building water confidence and safety skills. Our toddler swimming lessons help you work with your child towards independent swimming. Most importantly, we have fun while we are doing it!

Puddle Ducks offers fun, expert-led swimming classes for babies and children (birth to 10 years). Puddle Ducks classes encourage water confidence from first splash and provide a nurturing approach that supports every child’s needs, while parents can enjoy quality bonding time with their little one. With small classes, warm pools, and highly trained teachers, Puddle Ducks makes swimming a joyful, life-long skill for the whole family to cherish.

Starting swimming with your baby may seem daunting, but Sarah has created a helpful guide covering everything from what to bring to what to look for in a pool—making the experience stress-free for you.
