There is a choice between two programmes, ‘Mindfulness for mums and mums to be’ and the ‘Mindfulness for wellbeing’, which is designed for women who may be experiencing low-level mental health conditions.

Doulas provide compassionate support and continuity of care through pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Even if you have not had a doula before, doulas can also offer postnatal support in early parenthood to you and your family.
Frome Baby Connections CIC supports families in Frome with feeding and caring for their babies with confidence. Baby connections is run by Katherine Woodbury, a trained breastfeeding counsellor, doula and perinatal educator and Geraldine Fowler, a retired midwife and IBCLC.
If you're under 25 and having a baby then Frome Baby Link work with young parents in Frome and surrounding villages. Our aims are to give equal access for all parents to the information and support that they want in pregnancy and early parenthood.
As well as offering support for all feeding methods, this group can also offer newborn care advice, postnatal support and mental health support. The group is run each Thursday at Braziers, Tonedale Mill 10am-12pm
